Located on the most prominent site in downtown Grafton, the Wisconsin Avenue building is planned to replace the Grafton Hotel. The design is composed of 2 parts - each representing a part of Grafton. The main street façade element is meant to look industrial, much like the hard-working people of Grafton. The second part is to be somewhat reminiscent of the hotel. Contained within the building is a first floor restaurant, second floor banquet room, and third and fourth floor offices. |
